Executive Director

Ms. Sarah Waheed Sher is the Executive Director of SIUT North America. She brings extensive experience working in the not-for-profit sector and with International Organizations. Sarah is a Rhodes Scholar and holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University and an MSc in Development Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Sarah is passionate about social justice and health equity and has helped design and publish the United Nations access to opportunities framework for ICT’s. She lives in Houston with her husband and two children.
